Attending: Jane Wheeler, Nancy Waymire, Joseph Hertlein, John Dalessio, Amy Allard, and Philip Childress

The meeting was called to order at 2:39pm.

1. John Dalessio distributed a draft copy of a letter to HUD by CV council. Joseph Hertlein proposed that the letter be sent to HUD from the Residents Association with copies to the Board of Supervisors, HA, HUD in SF and Washington, Sen. Laird and Sam Farr.
2. This was proposed and seconded and will be sent.
3. It was proposed to also send the background letter from the Focus Group to HA Board, Chair Allen Stiles to distribute to other Board members. Moved, seconded and passed with minor corrections. (cc to Board of Supervisors & Dave Potter).
4. Next meetings May 15th and May 29th 2:30pm. A letter to Jim Nakashima regarding the questions asked of Starla and not answered yet was proposed.
5. Philip Childress spoke about RRRA.net website. He wants to roll out the Crisis portion of website to separate page and post letters and background information on crisis and the Focus Group. As HA has not attended our meetings for 2 months he feels this will be useful.
6. Question was raised as to when we would receive the ADA Assessment report? Should we schedule a meeting with HA? As to the meeting on the 15th, John will be gone and Joe Hertlein may not be able to attend, so we may skip that meeting and meet next on the 29th.
7. John is expecting to get a report back from Supervisor Potter while he is gone, so we decided to set our next meeting for May 29th 2:30pm, ADA Assessment report should be distributed by then.
8. Merri Bilek needs to be contacted regarding absences.
9. We need group approval for any new members.
