Terence Dolph
Tams

Mr. Dolph uses mallets to excite the tams in combinations to create and blend tones. The sustains, beats, and harmonics of this instrument is the source of Mr. Dolph's unique sound.

"Many compare the sound of Chinese metallophones - tam-tams, gongs, and cymbals - to the sound of ocean surf. When played, a musical sphere is created by the multitude of tones heard simultaneously. We invite you to experience the unique sound-world of Terrence Dolph." This instrument is featured on the recently released CD described here.

Mr. Dolph has moved to Los Angeles from the wilderness of Big Sur, which he loves; explaining it was a career move.

Mr. Dolph is currently available for TV and radio appearances, as well as for performances at churches, clubs, schools and colleges.
